To thank you for expanding our community of high-standard Property Management Agency Partners, we have created a tiered referral rewards program that increases with each successful referral.

1. How it Works

We have made it simple. No complex links or portals – just a mention of your name and agency/company.

  • The Referred Client will receive a $5 discount on their first booking, which can be used in addition to any applicable promotional offers.
  • For You: You receive a reward, in the form of a promo code to apply on your next booking based on your referral milestone.
  • Referrals must be from outside your own agency/company.

3. How to Claim
  • Please ask your referred contact to visit our Bookings page and enter your full name and company/agency in the ‘Who referred you?’ field at the time of booking.
  • Their $5 discount will be applied to their invoice, and your referral discount will be issued once the booking has been completed and payment has been received.
  • Your reward, will be in the form of a discount off your next booking with Inspectique.*

Referral Terms & Conditions

  • Definitions:
    • For the purposes of this referral program, a “Referred Client” refers to a unique company or agency (not an individual person). A Referred Client is considered new only when it has not previously booked or held an active client relationship with Inspectique.
    • A “successful referral” is defined as a Referred Client completing their first booking, which must be fully completed and paid in full.
    • Only the first booking of a Referred Client is eligible for a referral reward.
    • A “Referral Reward” refers to a discount applied to your next booking with Inspectique.
  • Eligibility: To participate in the referral program, you must:
    • Be an existing Inspectique client with at least one (1) completed and paid booking at the time of referral
    • Refer only businesses operating within Property Management, Real Estate, or Property Development
    • Refer only companies or agencies (not individuals, including private property owners)
    • Ensure the Referred Client is not an existing or previous client of Inspectique
    • Self-referrals are not permitted. This includes any business you own, operate, are employed by, or in which you hold a financial or material interest.
    • Referrals of colleagues, team members, or any individuals within the same company or organisation are not eligible for rewards. Your colleague(s) may be eligible for the new client offer (subject to availability and change).
    • Referrals made through any company or organisation in which you are or were employed, contracted, or have an ownership or financial interest are considered self-referrals and are not eligible for the referral rewards.
  • Referral Requirement (“Mention Rule”):
    • To qualify for both the Referred Client’s $5 discount and your referral discount, your full name and company/agency must be entered in the ‘Who referred you?’ field at the time of booking via the Bookings page, or clearly included in the booking email at the time of submission.
    • Referrals cannot be added, amended, or claimed retrospectively.
  • Referral Attribution:
    • Only one (1) referral reward will be issued per Referred Client (company/agency), regardless of the number of individuals from that organisation who are referred or who make the referral.
    • Where multiple parties claim the same Referred Client, the referral recorded in the booking form will take precedence.
    • Referred Clients are assessed at the company/agency level. Multiple individuals from the same organisation are considered a single Referred Client entity for the purposes of this program.
  • Referral Attribution:
    • Only one (1) referral reward will be issued per Referred Client (company/agency), regardless of the number of individuals from that organisation who are referred or who make the referral.
    • Where multiple parties claim the same referral, the reward will be given to the details entered in the booking form.
    • Referred Clients are assessed at the company/agency level. Multiple individuals from the same organisation are considered a single Referred Client entity for the purposes of this program.
  • Validation & Reward Issuance
    • A referral is deemed successful once the Referred Client’s first booking has been completed and full payment has been received by Inspectique.
    • Upon successful payment, your referral reward will be issued and can be applied to your next booking with Inspectique.
  • Referral Rewards Structure:
    • Referral rewards are issued on a tiered basis, as outlined in the referral table.
  • Referral Limits:
    • There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. Each successful Referred Client counts as one (1) referral.
  • Stackability:
    • Referral rewards are non-stackable per booking. Only one (1) referral reward (from one (1) referral) may be applied per booking.
    • Referral rewards may be used alongside other promotional offers or discounts unless otherwise stated.
  • Expiry & Usage:
    • Referral rewards and the Referred Client’s $5 discount are valid for eight (8) weeks from the date of issue (notification of the successful reward).
    • Referral rewards and Referred Clients’ discounts are non-transferable, non-refundable, and hold no cash value. They may only be applied toward future services with Inspectique.
  • Verification:
    • Inspectique reserves the right to verify the identity of any Referred Client and the validity of any referral to ensure compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
    • Inspectique reserves the right to withhold or invalidate any referral that does not meet eligibility criteria or is suspected of misuse, manipulation, or abuse of the program.
  • Management Discretion:
    • Inspectique reserves the right to interpret and apply these Terms & Conditions to ensure fairness, prevent misuse, and maintain operational integrity.
  • Amendments:
    • These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of booking will apply to that specific service.
