1. Scour Every Corner: We’ve tucked these all around where only a pro would look.
   • Hint 1: Check the photos.
   • Hint 2: They are not in the footers, nor pages linked on it (bottom section of the pages).
   • Hint 3: Neither are they in the headers (top section of the pages).
2. Get the Count Right: The total number of Inspectique’s logos you find is the key to the reward.
3. Unlock Your Reward: Contact us with the correct answer (via the form).
   • If you are correct, a prize reward of 20%* will be applied for Property Condition Reports bookings.
   • Invite your team to join in the fun!*
   • You will also get up to two (2) guesses, so fear not if you got the first one incorrect! If you get it right on your second guess, picking the gift card option reduces the reward to $10. The 20% off will still rewarded on your second guess.

Terms & Conditions of the Easter Egg Hunt (The “Fine Print”):

• Eligibility:
  • The Lead Qualifier: To unlock the hunt for your office, at your agency/company must have completed a minimum of two (2) bookings with Inspectique. The first person who enters into this competition must have also made at least one (1) booking with Inspectique.
  • Colleague Entry: Once the Lead Qualifier above is met, a total of three (3) representatives from that agency/company can participate, provided at least two (2) team members have completed at least one (1) booking with Inspectique each. Each entry and reward is treated as individual. Once any member(s) of the agency/company has made the correct answer at the time of notification by Inspectique, all other colleagues who have not entered into the competition no longer qualify.
  • Professional Eligibility: Participation is strictly limited to active Real Estate Licensees, Directors, Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, Sales Representatives, and Internal Inspectors based in Perth, Western Australia.
  • Verification Process: All entries will be vetted. To qualify, participants must have a verifiable professional profile (e.g., company/agency website or LinkedIn profile).
  • Right of Refusal: Inspectique reserves the right to disqualify entries that cannot be verified as active industry professionals based in Perth, Western Australia.
  • Number of Entries: You have up to two (2) tries if you got the first one incorrect. Once you receive your reward if you got the correct answers, you may only enter this Easter Egg Hunt a total of one (1) time.
  • The Sharing of Answers and Clues: The exact location and count of the Easter Eggs (Inspectique logos) are confidential. Sharing the answer with colleagues prior to their individual hunt may disqualify the agency from future rewards.
• Winner’s Reward: If you nail the count, you’ll unlock your choice of one (1) of the following rewards:
  • Inspectique’s Discount: 20% off your next booking (capped at a maximum value of $50), OR
  • The Gift of Choice: An AUD $20 value eGift card (Choice of either: Dan Murphy’s, Endota Spa, Hoyts, JB Hi-Fi, Kmart, Priceline Pharmacy, Myer, Sephora, Super Cheap Auto, and The Good Guys). If this is your second guess to get the answer right (first guess/submission was incorrect), then the value of the eGift Card reduces to AUD $10 if you get the correct answer. The 20% discount is still offered if the answer is guessed on the second attempt.
• Eligible Services: This reward applies exclusively to Property Condition Reports (PCRs) and Service Packages (excludes once-off Routine Inspections or Final Bond Inspections) with Inspectique.
• Discount Value: Applicable to the discounts for Inspectique’s services, the reward is limited to a maximum value of $50 or 20% of the booking value, whichever is lesser.
• Limited Availability: This is a first-come, first-served challenge. While the offer is limited to the first 20 correct redemptions, Inspectique reserves the right to extend the hunt or release additional rewards at our absolute discretion. Once the current allocation is exhausted, the hunt may be over!
• 30-Day Expiry: Once you receive your reward, it is valid for 30 days. If it isn’t used within this window, the reward will be forfeited.
• One-Time Only: This offer is non-refundable, has no cash value, and can only be used once per representative.
• No Stacking: This reward/discount cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, promo codes, or existing discounts.
• Marketing & Publicity: By participating in the hunt and claiming a reward, you agree to allow Inspectique to feature your name, professional title, and agency/company name on our website, email marketing, and social media channels (e.g., “Congrats to Sarah, Property Manager at ABC Realty, for winning the Hunt!”). This is used for the purpose of marketing, celebrating our winners and promoting the challenge.
• Management Discretion: Inspectique reserves the right to modify, waive, or extend these terms at our absolute discretion and without prior notice.
