$100 Gift Card*!

For the purposes of this Agency Champion Reward, a “Property Condition Report (PCR)” refers to Inspectique’s ingoing condition report service only. Routine Inspections (RIs) and Final Bond Inspections (FBIs) – which cover the outgoing/exit condition assessment – do not count toward this milestone.

Portfolio-Wide Teamwork

You don’t have to hit the milestone alone. Because the target is tracked across your entire office branch, every property manager on your team can contribute bookings to the pool to help you smash the target faster.

How It Works

  1. Be the Pioneer: Be the first person at your agency to lock in “First Contact” status. Bosses, you can claim this spot just by enquiring or confirming you’d like to proceed with us. Property Managers, you lock this spot in by making your agency’s first live booking. Ensure the first booking is made within the 30-day countdown window to qualify.
  2. Team Up: Once that first booking is secured, have your whole team book their upcoming PCRs through Inspectique over the next 6 months. Every PCR your team books and pays for counts toward the agency’s 15-PCR target — even if it’s not the same person who locked in First Contact.
  3. Claim Your Reward: Once your agency’s 15th PCR is completed and paid in full, your $100 eGift Card is delivered straight to the original “First Contact” person’s inbox.
The champion will receive an AUD $100 value digital eGift card (sent via email), selectable from a curated range including Dan Murphy’s, Door Dash, Endota Spa, Hoyts, JB Hi-Fi, Kmart, Priceline Pharmacy, Myer, Sephora, Supercheap Auto, Uber, Woolworths, The Good Guys, and The Iconic. See T&Cs below.

  • Definitions & Eligibility:
    • The “First In, Best Dressed” Agency Champion Reward refers to a single $100 eGift card awarded to the original individual who successfully initiates a new agency’s relationship with Inspectique.
    • A “New Agency” refers to a unique company branch or real estate office entity that has not previously booked or held an active relationship with Inspectique.
    • This programme is open to real estate professionals operating within Perth, Western Australia (PMA — Perth Metro Area).
    • A “Property Condition Report (PCR)” refers to Inspectique’s ingoing condition report service only. This is the only service type that counts toward the 15-booking milestone — Routine Inspections (RIs) and Final Bond Inspections (FBIs), which cover outgoing/exit condition assessments, are excluded.
    • The Gift of Choice: The champion will receive an AUD $100 value digital eGift card, selectable from a curated range including Dan Murphy’s, Door Dash, Endota Spa, Hoyts, JB Hi-Fi, Kmart, Priceline Pharmacy, Myer, Sephora, Supercheap Auto, Uber, Woolworths, The Good Guys, and The Iconic. Gift card offers are subject to change. The Gift Card will be delivered via email.
  • The “First Contact” Rule: To keep the programme fair and protect operational tracking, “First Contact” status (the designated recipient of the reward) is determined based on how contact was initiated:
    • Inspectique Outbound Outreach & Follow-ups: When Inspectique initiates direct contact (via email, phone, message, or in person) with a specific individual at an agency—regardless of their role—that individual is automatically reserved as the agency’s First Contact for 30 calendar days. No formal reply or confirmation is required from them to hold this tentative spot. Where multiple communications or follow-ups occur over time, Inspectique reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notification, to recognise the date of a later follow-up as the official start date of the 30-day window. If no such follow-up date is invoked, the original contact date stands.
    • Agency-Initiated Inbound Contact: When someone from an agency reaches out to Inspectique first, the individual who submits a genuine inbound enquiry (including requests for quotes or general information) or submits the agency’s first booking—whichever occurs first—is secured as the agency’s First Contact for 30 calendar days. Passive acknowledgements do not lock in status.
  • The 30-Day Window, Immediate Lock-In & Resets:
    • A 30-calendar-day window begins automatically from the date of Inspectique’s outbound outreach/follow-up, or an individual submitting an inbound enquiry or booking.
    • If the agency’s first live booking is submitted at any point within this 30-day window, First Contact status is locked in immediately upon that booking being made — Inspectique does not need to wait for the full 30 days to elapse for the status to become permanent.
    • If, and only if, the full 30 days pass with no live booking submitted, the tentative reservation expires and resets. The agency then has no active First Contact, and the pioneer spot becomes open again upon the next qualifying outbound contact/follow-up, inbound enquiry, or first live booking by any individual at that agency.
  • Volume & Timeframe Requirements:
    • The agency must fully complete and pay for fifteen (15) individual Property Condition Reports (PCRs).
    • The 6-calendar-month, 15-PCR target window commences from the service date of the agency’s very first submitted live booking — regardless of whether that specific booking is subsequently completed, paid, or cancelled. Once a qualifying first booking is made within the 30-day window, both First Contact status and the 6-month clock are locked in from that booking’s date, and do not reset or extend if that particular booking later falls through.
    • Routine Inspections (RIs) and Final Bond Inspections (FBIs) do not contribute toward this milestone.
    • Bookings made by any staff member at the agency count toward the 15-PCR pool. The identity of who books each individual PCR does not affect who receives the final reward — that remains exclusively tied to the confirmed “First Contact” individual.
  • Validation & Issuance:
    • Bookings cannot be added or claimed retrospectively. Milestone tracking automatically begins from the date of the agency’s first submitted booking, per the Volume & Timeframe Requirements above.
    • The $100 eGift Card will be issued upon 100% completion and full payment of the 15th qualifying PCR.
    • The reward is strictly tied to the qualifying individual. It is non-transferable (including to another office branch, or to another agency even if the participant changes employer), non-refundable, and holds no cash value.
  • Status Confirmation:
    • Participants are encouraged to contact Inspectique to confirm whether they, or anyone within their agency, currently holds “First Contact” status, or to clarify where their agency stands in relation to this programme.
    • Any change in “First Contact” status, or the identity of the individual currently holding it, will not be proactively communicated to any party unless specifically requested.
    • Upon request, this information may be disclosed to any individual within the same agency/company entity.
  • Verification & Management Discretion: Inspectique reserves the right to:
    • Verify organisation identities and confirm the definitive “First Contact” individual using email correspondence, publicly available business or licensing information, and internal system timestamps;
    • Determine or update the active outreach timestamp at its sole discretion following subsequent follow-up interactions;
    • Validate the legitimacy of any qualifying bookings to ensure compliance with these Terms;
    • Withhold or invalidate any reward that does not meet eligibility criteria or is suspected of programme misuse, manipulation, or abuse;
    • Interpret and apply these Terms & Conditions to ensure fairness, prevent misuse, and maintain operational integrity;
    • End or suspend the “First In, Best Dressed” Agency Champion Reward programme at any time, without notice, at its sole discretion.
  • Marketing & Publicity: By participating and claiming a reward, you agree to allow Inspectique to feature your name, professional title, and agency/company name on our website, email marketing, and social media channels for the purpose of marketing and celebrating winners.
  • Amendments: These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice.
