Terms & Conditions for Introductory Promo Codes
By applying any of Inspectique’s promotional offers, promo code or discounts for new Clients/Introductory offers, you acknowledge and agree to the Terms & Conditions set out below.
1. Scope & Eligibility
- New Clients Only: Introductory promo codes are strictly for new agencies or representatives who have not previously booked services with Inspectique.
- Single Application: Only one (1) introductory/New Client/First Booking code may be applied per agency/representative. Codes, promotions, or discounts cannot be “stacked,” combined, or applied to previous bookings.
- Redemption Limit: Total redemptions are strictly limited to two (2) per agency/company to allow different team members to trial the service. The promo code/discount may only be applied to the first booking (i.e., one (1) property inspection).
- Eligible Services: Offers apply exclusively to Full Property Condition Reports (PCRs) and Final Bond Inspections. All other services, such as Routine inspections, updates, and reshoots, are excluded.
- Discount Tiers & Caps: In all instances, the discount of the promo code, or promotional offer is limited to the specified percentage of the booking value or the dollar cap, whichever is lesser. Set out below:
- 5% Discount: Capped at a maximum value of $15.
- 10% Discount: Capped at a maximum value of $30.
- 15% Discount: Capped at a maximum value of $40.
- 20% Discount: Capped at a maximum value of $55.
- 25% Discount: Capped at a maximum value of $70.
- 30% Discount: Capped at a maximum value of $80.
- 35% Discount: Capped at a maximum value of $95.
- 40% Discount: Capped at a maximum value of $110.
2. Validity & Expiry
- 30-Day Activation: For codes provided via email or direct subscription outside of the website, the service must be booked and conducted within 30 days of receiving the code to be valid. In the event of this period lapsing, or if the booking is postponed by the representative, the discount/promo code expires.
- Lapsing Period: In the event of this 30-day period lapsing, or if the booking is postponed by the representative to a date outside this window, the discount/promo code expires and no discount will apply to the booking.
3. Booking, Payment & Refund Policy
- Upfront Requirement: To activate introductory pricing and secure your preferred date, payment in full is required at the time of booking for all bookings using a New Client/Introductory offer.
- Non-Refundable & No Cash Value: All services booked under a promotional offer, promo code, or discount are strictly non-refundable and have no cash value, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. They cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, or used as a deposit for other services.
- Partial Refunds: In the event that a partial refund is issued for the balance of a service at Inspectique’s discretion, the discounted portion (the promotional value) will not be refunded or credited.
- Mailing List: For subscription-based codes, the representative must remain on the Inspectique mailing list at the time of booking and confirmation.
4. Cancellations & No-Access
- 24-Hour Notice: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for the promo code/discount to be transferred to a rescheduled booking, provided the new date remains within the original 30-day validity window.
- Forfeiture & Fees: If a booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if the property cannot be accessed while on-site (due to key errors, or tenants/persons being unable or unwilling to grant access), the promotional offer/discount will be forfeited and cannot be reused. The full fee paid will be retained as a cancellation/no-access fee.
5. Management Discretion
- Inspectique reserves the right to verify agency details and to modify, suspend, or withdraw promotional offers, discounts, or promo code offers at any time without notice, at our absolute discretion.
