- Upfront Payment: For new clients, introductory offers, or at management’s discretion, payment in full is required at the time of booking to secure the appointment.
- Agreement of Terms: By completing a booking or applying a promotional code, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms regarding refunds, cancellations, and access.
2. Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Notice Period: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a booking without incurring a late cancellation or service fee.
- Early Rescheduling: If a booking is rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice, the payment will be applied to the new booking date for the same property and service/booking.
- Cancellations (Minimum of 24 hours’ notice): If a booking is cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice, the amount paid is non-refundable but will be held as a service credit for 90 days from the date of cancellation. If not utilised within this period, the credit is forfeited.
- Late Changes (Less than 24 hours’ notice): If a booking is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a late cancellation fee of 50% of the booking including GST, will apply, to cover the loss of scheduled time. No refunds or service credits will be issued. If there was a payment made for the booking, the remaining 50% will be credited to your account for 90 days. If not utilised within this period, the credit is forfeited.
3. No-Access Policy
- The “No-Access” Event: If the property cannot be accessed due to instances, such as incorrect keys, incorrect or unclear access instructions resulting in being unable to find the property, keys not being at the designated collection point, or occupants not allowing entry, this is recorded as a “No-Access event.”
- Full Fee Forfeiture: In the event of No-Access, the full service fee is charged to cover the inspector’s time and travel costs. Any upfront payment is forfeited in full. No refunds, credits, or complimentary re-attendances will be provided. A new booking at the standard rate will be required for any future attendance.
4. Refunds & Credits
- Non-Refundable: All services are non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Credit Limitations: Service credits are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and expire strictly after 90 days.

- No Precedent: Any such waiver is at the absolute discretion of management and does not constitute a permanent change to these Terms & Conditions or a waiver of future rights.
